It was on April 21, 2016, that my customer from Herca place an order with me. The total was $30000, for 200000pcs roll shape compressed cellulose sponge.

HERCA is a voluntary association in which the Heads of Radiation Protection Authorities work together in order to identify common issues and propose practical solutions for these issues.

The cellulose sponge they need to used for cleaning the wound when the patient suffered pain or operation, considering the cellulose sponge is made of natural plant cellulose material, the harmless and deep cleaning function could give the patient soft feeling when dressing wounds, the cellulose final to be their purchase plan.

  It was on April 21, 2016, that my customer from Herca place an order with me. The total was $30000, for 200000pcs roll shape compressed

    On April 5, 2016, I got the email from Alibaba the purchaser of HERCA, he told me that they need the cellulose sponge, and the quantity was 

100000pcs, I contacted him as the usually way and gave him the reply about the questions he wanted, then he added my skype, wechat and

 facebook, discussing about the price, he gave me the target price, which is lower than our botton price, in order to grasp this chance and cooperate

 with him, we provide a compromise solution, that is they buy the two times quantity than they planed, and we will provide the best after-service to

 them. After that we discussed the shipping fee for a long time. One April 20, 2016, he asked me to send him a PI, I done this, he sent me the bank

 slip on April 21, 2016, From he send me the requirements to place an order, just less than one month. 

     After four month, he found me again and place an order same as before, after that he told me that he would ask order from us every four

 months, this is just one example of the cellulose sponge customers, the progress is successful, there are many other examples to come about to list.

    This customer is the big and good purchaser, we will cherish every cooperation with every customer, and customer first is our principle, we are 

pursuing to provide best high quality service to our customers and let our customers could enjoy a bigger market.
