This is successful trade business experience with House of Fraser.
I surved the HOF sell the products via internet, one item catched my eyes---cellulose sponge. I find their purchaser’s email and send items list
noted cellulose sponge, I quoted reasonable price due to big quantities, first I didn’t receive any information from HOF side. I sent second email
again about free samples and free shipping cost to catch their eyes, but it was a pity that no information.
I didn’t give up and send greeting emails every 3 days, last 4 months, I got their reply and wanted my sample to test quality and sent me their
address, contact person and number, oh my god, this is very big surprise for me.
I prepared many shapes and kinds cellulose sponge to ship, I afforded sample cost and shipping cost, I told him the tracking number.
After 5days, I contacted with them and asked their idea about our samples, but they had no reply. I contacted with them several times and finally got reply, they said the samples were good but they need test and evaluate, I was very happy and replied them that waiting for him.
I said hello via email every 4-5 days and concern about samples process, around 50days passed, I received an email that morning and know they
have questions about quotation, first quotation is not lowest price for us, so I can discount and told them if quantities were enough, we can gave
them 3% discount. But I also have’t received their email following a week.
I remember that I received an email from HOF who claimed that they were glad to hear this information and will make business with us.
I was surprised about this and told my manager who claimed that arrange the PI for cellulose sponge with a 40 HQ container of first order at 2015-
